How to find us

St. Tinney Farm is located on the North Cornish Coast. We are located approximately 3 miles from the sea in the tiny rural hamlet of Otterham, about 1 mile from the A39 Atlantic Highway.

The roadway to Otterham from the A39 is rural single carriageway with passing places. We recommend that visitors to St. Tinney bring some form of transport with them, although local bus services are available from the A39, they do not run as frequently as they do in towns or cities.

By-pass Launceston on the A30 and then take the A395, signposted North Cornwall. Drive 8 miles to Hallworthy, take the second turning on the right signposted Otterham Station. Follow this road until you come to the main junction with the A39. Turn right continuing on the main road until the brow of the hill, where you will see St. Tinney Farm signposted on a brown tourist sign. Turn right, following the road around to the right. Things to consider before booking or arriving
St. Tinney Farm Holidays is a small, family owned, run and orientated holiday park, converted from a working dairy farm. As such, we strive to provide high standards of accommodation and a relaxing, friendly atmosphere, without detracting from the natural surroundings.

Due to the nature of the farm, access to the accommodation areas is often via semi paved or gravel paths and driveways. Located in the small rural hamlet of Otterham, access is via a single track country lane with passing places, approximately 1 mile from the main A39.

Our fishing lakes are accessed by earth and shingle tracks and pathways, two lakes are close to the accommodation areas, but even these require access over uneven ground.

If you or a member of your party have difficulty with mobility, or have specific access requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to advise you on the suitability of accommodation and facilities.

Food & Groceries
Local general stores can be found at Marshgate Postoffice 1.5 miles and Wainhouse Corner approximately 2.5 miles, where there is both a Post Office, a general store and our nearest petrol station. You may wish to stock up on food & groceries before your arrival. There is a Tesco supermarket in Launceston, Tavistock Road, PL15 9HG and a Morrisons Supermarket in Bude, Stucley Road, EX23 8UA.

All of our lodges and cottages have fridge freezers. Static caravans have an undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment.

What time can I arrive/access my accommodation or camping pitch?
Check in time for Lodges, Cottages & Caravans is from 15:00 on day of arrival and must be fully vacated by 10:00 on day of departure. This is to ensure that there is enough time to clean the accommodation between guests.
