St. Tinney is located on the outskirts of the ancient tiny hamlet of Otterham in North Cornwall, a 34 acre private rural estate of rolling farmland, just 4 miles from the sea and some of the best sandy and surfing beaches in the UK.

You are very welcome to come and visit the farm by appointment and see our existing lodges, in fact we strongly recommend that you do!

You can buy your own holiday lodge, starting at just £129,999, choosing a two or three bedroom model, nestled in acres of beautiful private grounds.

As part of our unique offering, the lodges are built to order and you can choose final specifications, furnishings, flooring, log burners, kitchens, wall paper and even change the floor plan and room layout.

Our existing buyers have found this ability to tailor any aspect of their lodge design to suit their own requirements a very rewarding and satisfying experience and there is often no additional cost for changes to decoration or furnishings.

We highly recommend that any prospective lodge purchaser comes to look around the farm by appointment and see the spacious, low key development for yourselves.

The lodges come with a 125 year renewable holiday licence and are available for year round use.

The lodges can be used for holidays for 12 months of the year, or rented out as a source of second income. They are essentially a second home and although they are built to full residential sepcification, the planning consent stitpulates that they cannot be your main place of residence. You must have a permanent address elsewhere.

We are a small, family owned and run business, we live on the farm and believe that our small, low density lodge development offers somethingly truely unique. Can I live in my lodge?
Our lodges have planning permission for 12 month holiday use. This means that you can use the lodge all year round for holidays, but you must also have a permanent address elsewhere in the UK or overseas.

Are the lodges sold freehold or on a lease?
The lodges are sold with an extendable 125 year Licence Agreement, you buy and own the lodge and the right to site it at St. Tinney Farm for 125 years. We are members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA), the regulatory body for our industry. Our licence agreement is based on the standard industry licence agreement developed by the BH&HPA, to give the purchaser transparency and peace of mind and to enable lodge purchase without the need, or expense of involving solicitors, unless you so wish.

Do you allow dogs?
If you buy a lodge at St. Tinney, lodge owners can bring up to two of their own dogs, but we do ask that they are kept on a lead apart from in the designated exercise field. We do not currently accept dogs in any of our own rental accommodation or our camping fields.

What facilites at St. Tinney can I use with my lodge purchase?
Included with your lodge ownership is access to our licenced club bar and restaurant, the St. Tinney Arms, access to our extensive nature trails, use of our games room, games field, swimming pool, children's play areas and our 5 fishing lakes.

St. Tinney is a long established, small family run and family orientated holiday park set in beautiful countryside, close to the sea and beaches. We have a very high percentage of repeat customers who return year after year, who enjoy the peace and tranquility of the farm with its easy access to the beaches, picturesque villages, harbours and all the tourist attractions the area has to offer. There are a wealth of local activities including golf, walking, horse riding, tennis, clay shooting and of course surfing to enjoy. Road access is easy from the main motorway network and are approximately 2 hours south of Bristol.

SEARCH TIP: Our self catering accommodation is normally let on a 7 night basis from Easter until November. Our Lodges, Cottages and Caravans are let Saturday to Saturday and the New Luxury Lodges from Friday to Friday. We do offer short weekend breaks of 3 nights starting on a Friday, or 4 nights starting on a Monday from November until Easter in our lodge and cottage accommodation.
