Graded "FOUR STAR" by the English Tourism Council, the 2 bedroom Pine Lodges are equipped to an exceptionally high standard to cater for up to FOUR people, plus a cot if required.

Each lodge is fully furnished and all bed linen is provided (apart from cot linen), and the beds made up with duvets and pillows ready for arrival.

Tea towels, oven gloves, bath towels are supplied in each lodge.

The kitchens are equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, stainless steel saucepans, etc.

Cots & high chairs are supplied free of charge to the lodges should they be required. They have a large lounge and kitchen/diner, area over looking the wood decked veranda.

The lounges are all fitted with widescreen TV's, DVD Player, mini stereo/CD player. The dining areas have a pine dining table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside cupboards.

The second bedroom is a twin room with single beds, with built in wardrobe and cupboards.

There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms, plus an additional electric "wood burner" style fire in the lounge.

The bathroom has a shower (no bath), wash basin & toilet. There is also a second cloakroom, with hand basin and WC.

Electricity and gas are charged in addition to the rental price by £1 coin meter.

The two bedroom pine lodges are arranged in a secluded group of three in the Old Orchard next to the Farmhouse. Each has its own picnic table outside. Due to their location, you cannot park immediately outside these lodges, but you can park within a few metres of them.

Each lodge is reached by steps, please let us know at the time of booking if you or any members of your party have any difficulty with access or mobility, and we will advise upon the suitability of the accommodation.

We do not allow smoking in any of our lodges, nor can we accommodate dogs or pets of any kind.
