Graded "FOUR STAR" by Visit Britain, (English Tourist Board), the 3 bedroom Pine Lodges are equipped to an exceptionally high standard to cater for up to SIX people. We can supply a travel cot upon request which will fit between the single beds in one of the twin rooms.

Each lodge is fully furnished and white "hotel style" bed linen is provided (apart from cot linen), and the beds made up with duvets and pillows ready for arrival.

Tea towels, oven gloves, bath towels are also supplied to each lodge.

They have a large lounge and kitchen/diner area over looking the wood decked veranda. The kitchens are equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Samsung fridge freezer, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, stainless steel saucepans, etc.

The large farmhouse style pine kitchen table has seating for six people. The lounge is furnished with two brown leather sofas, coffee table, 37 inch Samsung HD widescreen colour TV, FreeSat HD TV channels, DVD player and Sony mini stereo/iPod dock.

The master bedroom is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe and free standing bedside cupboards.

The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms with two single beds, built in wardrobes and free standing pine cupboards.

The bathroom has a full size bath, with shower fitted over, wash basin & toilet. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet & washbasin.

There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms, plus an additional electric "wood burner" style fire in the lounge.

You can park immediately outside these lodges, but they have a couple of steps up to them due to their elevated position.

Cots & high chairs are supplied free of charge to the lodges upon request. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the layout of the three bedroom lodges, it is only physically possible to fit a pop-up travel cot between the single beds in one of the twin rooms, between the single beds. This then greatly restricts access to the single beds in this room. We ask that you consider this at time of booking or book a two bedroom lodge or cottage if you think that this will be more suitable, as cots can easily be accommodated in these.

Gas & Electricity charged in addition to the tarrif price.
In recent years, the price of gas and electricity has risen so much, we now have to charge for energy consumption in addition to the rental tariff, at cost price. Each lodge is fitted with an electric and gas meter which accepts £1 coins. Clearly how much electricity or gas is used, depends on the individual visitor and the time of year. The lodges are fitted throughout with low energy lightbulbs and low energy consumption electrical items, as well as modern efficient combination gas boilers. As a guide, expect the cost of energy consumption to be the same as you would pay at home for your usual domestic consumption during the same time period as your holiday.

No Smoking or Pets
We do not permit smoking in any of our lodges, nor do we accommodate dogs or pets of any kind.
