Outdoor swimming pool
The swimming pool is now closed for 2020 and will re-open in May 2021.
Please note: We do not know what the COVID-19 regulations will be at this stage, which may effect the opening of the pool in 2021. To comply with social distancing regulations in 2020, we only permitted the occupants of one lodge or cottage swim at any one time, prebooking a 1 hour swimming slot.
The pool temperature is maintained at 30 degrees celcius. A picket fence around the pool allows you to view the beautiful countryside while swimming.
The pool is not supervised, so we ask that all those under 18 years of age are accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 at all times in the pool area.
It is a safe salt water pool with a uniform depth of 1.4 meters, deep enough for adults to swim, while being safe for children.
Lodges and cottages are let during the main summer season months from April to November on a 7 night basis, starting on either a Friday or a Saturday. So please try a combination of search dates starting Friday or Saturday. We can offer shorter breaks at other times of the year.
Book with confidence
These are uncertain times for everyone, but we would like to re-assure you, that if you make a booking for a holiday in 2020, we will happily offer your choice of a full refund or date change when you book directly with us, if Government COVID-19 restrictions mean that we are asked to close and cannot provide the accommodation for you.
We will keep this section updated with information relating to COVID-19 regulations and social distancing requirements as they develop. Please take this as an open and honest appraisal of the situation we all find ourselves in.
