LODGES
The two bedroom Pine and Country Lodges sleep up to four people and are let on a basis of £70 per night (minimum of three nights). The three bedroom Pine Lodges sleep up to six people and are let on a basis of £80 per night (minimum of three nights).

Caravans
The two bedroom Caravans sleep up to four people and are let on a basis of £50 per night (minimum of three nights). The three bedroom Caravans sleep up to six people and are let on a basis of £60 per night (minimum of three nights).

Why not spoil yourself, or a loved one and come far from the maddenning crowds for fresh air, peace and relaxation?

Gas & electricity are provided, free of charge, to our caravan holiday homes. In the lodges, gas and electricity are paid for by coin meter. All bed linen is provided, free of charge, to all lodges & caravans and all beds are made up ready for visitor’s arrival.

St. Tinney Arms and small on site shop
Our small country pub and shop are open from Easter until the beginning of November. The St. Tinney Arms, serves a wide range of refreshments and evening meals, BUT it is not open all year round, as there are some periods when only a few people are staying on the farm, simply making it uneconomical to keep the pub fully open.

The games room is open all year round and contains a pool table, juke box and games machines. Wireless broadband internet access is available in all of our accommodation for a small fee.

There is also a small laundry and pay phone on site.

PLEASE NOTE:We regret that we do not accept bookings by same sex groups of more than 3 people, or any bookings by under 21's. We regret that we do not permit pets of any kind in any of our self catering accommodation at any time.

A deposit of 25% is payable when booking and all balances must be paid no later than 4 WEEKS before the commencement of the holiday. For bookings made within 4 weeks of a holiday, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please contact us to check availability. You can pay by cash/cheque by post or via Credit/Debit Card over the telephone. Online Booking will be available shortly.
