Lodges & Cottage Prices and Availability

We have three 3 bed Pine Lodges, three 2 bed Pine Lodges and two 2 bed "Country cottages".

No all male or all female group bookings

We are a small, quiet, family orientated holiday park and for this reason, do not accept group bookings by more than 3 people of the same sex, or by those under 21 years of age.

What time can I arrive?

Our Lodges and Cottages are let from 15:00 on day of arrival to 10:00 on day of departure.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permited inside any of our lodge, cottage or caravan accommodation.

Access Statement

None of our lodges or cottages are purpose built for use by the disabled, nor are the communal areas of the bar, games room, swimming pool, shop, laundry or shower block.

All lodges and cottages have steps up to them. Parking is available immediately outside all of the lodges and cottages except for the Two Bedroom Pine lodges, where parking is available within 50 metres, and access by foot is via concrete steps and stepping stones from the parking areas.

St. Tinney is by nature, a converted working farm, therefore pathways and road surfaces are often uneven.

If you, or a member of your party have a disability or problems with mobility or access, please do tell us at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise you on the suitability of the accommodation.

Making a booking
Please contact us here to make a booking, or to enquire about availability. When you make a booking, you can either pay the full amount immediately or a minimum deposit of 25% of the total booking fees, which must be made within 7 days. If the date of your holiday is within 28 days of the date of booking, you will be asked to pay the full amount.

You can pay via a Credit or Debit card over the telephone, we do not at the moment take online payments. If you pay a deposit, the outstanding balance must be paid 28 days before your arrival.

Availability and prices shown are correct at time of last website update and as is usual with the holiday industry may be subject to change. Prices are per week (unless otherwise stated), per Lodge or cottage and includes VAT.

We do not let the caravans out over the winter months, but our Lodges and Cottages are available all year round.

No Dogs or Pets of any kind
We do not accept dogs or pets of any kind in any of our lodges, cottages or caravans at any time.

Please read our terms and conditions BEFORE making a booking. We have large numbers of return visitors year after year, please do book early to avoid disappointment.
