Things to consider before booking or arriving
St. Tinney Farm Holidays is a small, family owned and run holiday park, converted from a working dairy farm. As such, we strive to provide high standards of accommodation and a relaxing, friendly atmosphere, without detracting from the natural surroundings.

Due to the nature of the farm, access to the accommodation areas is often via semi paved or gravel paths and driveways. Located in the small rural hamlet of Otterham, access is via a single track country lane with passing places, approximately 1 mile from the main A39.

Our fishing lakes are accessed by earth and shingle tracks and pathways, two lakes are close to the accommodation areas, but even these require access over uneven ground.

If you or a member of your party have difficulty with mobility, or have specific access requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to advise you on the suitability of accommodation and facilities.

Food & Groceries
Local general stores can be found at Marshgate Postoffice 1.5 miles and Wainhouse Corner 3.7 miles, where there is both a Post Office, a general store and our nearest petrol station.

We have a very small on site shop, which is open in high season and stocks necessary items. You may wish to stock up on food & groceries before your arrival. There is a Tesco supermarket in Launceston, Tavistock Road, PL15 9HG and a Morrisons Supermarket in Bude, Stucley Road, EX23 8UA.
