Farm animals and Pony Rides
As well as the abundant native wildlife, we have a variety of other animals on the farm which may be of interest to visitors, including horses, donkeys, goats, and rabbits.
Short Pony Rides around our sand school riding ring are offered for young children, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 31st March until 20th May, and then from the 1st September to the 3rd November, weather permitting, (weight limit 6 stone).
We lead the ponies around the sand school (a small enclosed sand covered riding ring), and supply the hard hats. There are several riding schools and pony trekking companies in the local area, for those who want more riding experience.
