Two Bedroom Cottages
Graded "FOUR STAR" by Visit Britain (formerly the English Tourism Council), our two Cottages are equipped to an exceptionally high standard to cater for up to FOUR people, plus a cot if required.

Each cottage has:

• 42 inch Samsung widescreen HD TV, DVD player, mini stereo/iPod dock, Freesat HD TV channels
• 2 leather sofas
• Modern fitted ktchen, gas hob, built in oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher
• 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room
• Bath with shower fitted over, with separate WC
• Free WiFi
• Equipped to accommodate 4 people plus a cot if required

They are built to full residential standards for year round use, with gas central heating, double glazing and radiators throughout.

The kitchens are equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, stainless steel saucepans, etc. Cots & high chairs are supplied free of charge upon request. Tea towels, oven gloves, bath towels are supplied.

The kitchen, has built in electric fan oven, gas hob, slimline dishwasher, Samsung fridge freezer, with pine kitchen table & four chairs.

The lounge is furnished with leather sofa, Samsung 40" widescreen HD TV, Freesat HD connection, DVD player, Sony mini stereo/iPod dock, on a solid oak entertainment unit.

The master bedroom is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, pine chest of drawers, pine cupboards and built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, with shower fitted over, wash basin & toilet. There is also a separate WC with wash basin.

You can park immediately outside these cottages, but there is a small step up to the front door.

Gas & Electricity charged in addition to the tarrif price.
In recent years, the price of gas and electricity has risen so much, we now have to charge for energy consumption in addition to the rental tariff, at cost price. Each lodge is fitted with an electric and gas meter which accepts £1 coins. Clearly how much electricity or gas is used, depends on the individual visitor and the time of year. The cottages are fitted throughout with low energy lightbulbs and low energy consumption electrical items, as well as modern efficient combination gas boilers. As a guide, expect the cost of energy consumption to be the same as you would pay at home for your usual domestic consumption during the same time period as your holiday.

No Smoking or Pets
We do not allow smoking in any of our cottages or lodges, nor can we accommodate dogs or pets of any kind.
