Making a booking
Please contact us here to make a booking, or to enquire about availability. When you make a booking, you can either pay the full amount immediately or a minimum deposit of 25% of the total booking cost, which must be made within 7 days. If the date of your holiday is within 28 days of the date of booking, you will be asked to pay the full amount. If you pay a deposit, the outstanding balance must be paid 28 days before your arrival.

You can pay via a Credit or Debit card over the telephone, we do not at the moment take online payments.

Availability and prices shown are correct at time of last website update and as is usual with the holiday industry may be subject to change. Prices are per week (unless otherwise stated), per Caravan and include VAT.

Short Breaks

We do not let the caravans out over the winter months, but our Lodges are available all year round.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permited inside any of our lodge or caravan accommodation.

Access Statement

None of our caravans are purpose built for use by the disabled, nor are the communal areas of the bar, games room, swimming pool, shop, laundry or shower block. All caravans have steps up to them. Access to all caravans is across gravel paths or stepping stones.

Parking is not available immediately outside any of the caravans except for the Two Bedroom Willerby Westmorland caravan, where parking is available within 3 metres.

A carpark is located in the field with the other caravans.

The Two Bedroom Willerby Westmorland, also has a wooden ramp fitted to access one door.

St. Tinney is by nature, a converted working farm, therefore pathways and road surfaces are often uneven.

If you, or a member of your party have a disability or problems with mobility or access, please mention this at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise you on the suitability of the accommodation.

Pets
We do not accept dogs or pets of any kind in any of our static caravans or lodges at any time.

All male or all female group bookings & bookings by those under 21 years old

We are a small, quiet, family orientated holiday park and for this reason, do not accept group bookings by more than 3 people of the same sex, or by groups under the age of 21.
