Making a booking
We are a small family run business and guarantee you the cheapest price in our accommodation if you book directly with us. When you get in touch, via phone or email, you will be talking directly to one of the owners of the business.
COVID-19 - Book with confidence
These are uncertain times for everyone, but we would like to re-assure you, that if you would like to make a booking for a holiday in 2020, we will happily offer a full refund or date change when you book directly with us, if government COVID-19 restrictions mean that we have been asked to close and cannot provide the accommodation for you. We will be operating a contactless check in procedure and will send you check in instructions before you arrive.
Restrictions on the opening of some facilities
Due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 virus and the social distancing regulations, we may not be able to offer access to some of our facilities during 2020.
If you have any questions or concerns about these facilities and their availability please just contact us.
Outside these months, short breaks of one night or more are offered. We maybe able to offer short breaks on occasion during the summer months, please just ask by contacting us.

Terms and conditions of booking
Please read our full Terms and Conditions of Booking, before making a booking. The key points are outlined below:
- We do not accept bookings made up of all female or all male guests of more than 3 people, unless the booking is made up of same sex couples. We do not accept stag or hen parties.
- We do not accept bookings by those under 18 years of age.
- Check in for Cottages & Lodges & is from 4 pm on the day of arrival and the accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
- All visitors & any guests, must folow the signs and instructions upon arrival.
- A refundable security deposit against damages of £200 will be taken against a credit or debit card upon arrival, from those staying in our Cottage & Lodge self catering accommodation.
- When you book online, your card details are securely captured by our PCI compliant online booking system.
We do not allow smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping of any form, in any of our rental self catering accommodation, or communal areas of the bar, games room, toilets, shower block or swimming pool.
- Dogs and Pets
We only accept dogs in some of our accommodation, we do not accept any other pets of any kind in any of our holiday rental accommodation, at any time. Dogs belonging to owners of privately owned lodges may also be on site. We also own a very friendly labrador! Some lodges may have previously accommodated a pet, even if they are not let out to accept dogs. If so, the information will be clearly displayed on the corresponding web page. If you have any questions, please ask.
Lodges and cottages are let during the main summer season months from April to November on a 7 night basis, starting on either a Friday or a Saturday. So please try a combination of search dates starting Friday or Saturday. We can offer shorter breaks at other times of the year.

We will keep this section updated with information relating to COVID-19 regulations and social distancing requirements as they develop. Please take this as an open and honest appraisal of the situation we all find ourselves in.
Update 18/09/20 - The Government have made into law that people in England, from different households are prohibited from gathering in groups of more than 6 people of any age.
Until this law is changed or withdrawn, we will not legally be able to accommodate groups of more than 6 people across one or more lodges or cottages, if the booking contains people from two or more separate households.
If you have already made a future booking with us whereby your booking party in one or more self-catering lodge or cottage, exceeds 6 people, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We are also legally required to maintain information supporting the NHS Track & Trace initiative.
St. Tinney Arms - Due to ongoing social distancing requirements, the St. Tinney Arms is currently closed, but we are operating a takeaway food and drink service from the St. Tinney Arms kitchen. You may order take away food and drink from our mobile app and we will deliver the food and drink order to your accommodation.
